Shipping Policy

Royal Mad Honey (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) ships premium luxury honey products worldwide. Please read this policy carefully to understand shipping timelines, responsibilities, and procedures.

1. Shipping Locations
Orders are dispatched from Kathmandu, Nepal, and our fulfillment centers
Depending on circumstances, orders may also ship from other locations.
You will be notified of applicable shipping fees during the checkout process.

2. Shipping Methods
Standard international shipping is provided with trackable services (e.g., DHL, UPS, DPD, or local couriers).
Express shipping is available for select orders, especially for orders over $500.
All shipments will include a tracking number for order monitoring.

3. Customer Responsibilities
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout.
Royal Mad Honey is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once an order is dispatched, we cannot amend the shipping address.

4. Delivery & Tracking
Upon shipment, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent.
Tracking allows you to monitor your order; signature upon delivery may be required.
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by courier services after the order leaves our fulfillment centers.

5. International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
The customer is responsible for all such charges.
Duties may be collected by the courier at the time of delivery.

6. Returns, Damaged & Lost Items
6.1 Returns & Refunds
Royal Mad Honey operates a 7-day return policy for items eligible for return.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for refund or replacement.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned items.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
6.2 Damaged Products
Check all packages in the presence of the courier.
Any damaged items must be reported within 7 days with photos.
Returns of damaged products must follow the standard return procedure; refunds or replacements will be issued upon verification.
Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees.
6.3 Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or undeliverable due to customer error (e.g., wrong address), an additional reshipment fee may apply.
Orders not returned following instructions are not eligible for refund or re-delivery.

7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be refused upon delivery (subject to return procedures).
All sales are considered final after dispatch, except where otherwise agreed with Royal Mad Honey.
