1. Return & Replacement Policy
Processing Time
Once a returned item is received and its condition is verified, any approved refund or replacement will be processed within 10–15 business days.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
You must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
A valid and verifiable reason for return or replacement must be provided.
The return request must receive prior approval from Royal Mad Honey.
Return requests that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or replacement:

Include your order number, reason for return, and supporting details (images, if applicable).
Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
Once approved, we will provide clear instructions for returning the item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Conditions for Returns
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unopened, and untampered.
After successful verification, the replacement will be arranged through our authorized logistics partner.

6. International Returns
Due to the nature of our products:
International orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
Royal Mad Honey is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or rejected shipments by destination authorities
7. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
Product is unavailable after order confirmation
Order cannot be shipped within the committed timeframe and the customer requests cancellation
Delivery address falls outside the courier serviceable area
Order is cancelled by Royal Mad Honey due to pricing or listing
